I truly believe every person needs a sleeping bag.  You never know when the power might go out in the winter, a tornado might blow through your house, or your dog might barf all over the normal blankets late at night  — and I have used this sleeping bag in all three instances.

I love the Kelty because it is light, warm, mostly mummy shaped, but without the “hood.” It is small enough to fit in my emergency backpack when needed, but large enough to be completely comfortable for this this “slightly” claustrophobic gal. At just $60 bucks it is a good investment without breaking your bank.
